Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as signature may be required.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the period specified in your order confirmation to initiate the process. Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original packaging and condition.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds typically reflect within a few business days, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
